The Oracle Think Tanks are clan from the United Sanctuary nation. The clan is themed around hand size and checking the top card(s) of the deck to alter the outcome of upcoming strategies.

In the anime, Tokura Misaki and Emi Sendou have used this clan.

Most of the clan's design and appeal are focused around females represented as mages, nuns, and divinity. Some of the other members of the clan have designs represented as angels, statues, and creatures. This clan may appeal more to the female demographic.

The clan's attribute is centered around intelligence, thought process, and prediction. The Oracle Think Tanks usually run more Draw Triggers than other clans to help increase hand size. Some of the Oracle Think Tanks have effects that activate if you either have more cards than your opponent or if the number of cards in your hand is four or greater. Many of the Oracle Think Tank effects also allow the controlling player to check the top card(s) of the deck and usually allow the controlling player to reorder or alter those cards to help and appear during Drive Checks in battle when most crucial.
