[1/Turn] is applied as long as the game state was changed. That is, a card was moved between zones or unit's [Power] was increased, etc. This applies even if the requirements of the ability are not met.
For an ability with a cost, [1/Turn] is applies as long as the cost was paid even if nothing happened. For a costless ability, it applies as long as an effect of that ability altered any factor in the game (draw, retire, etc). An costless ability is, however, normally mandatory.
For an [AUTO] ability, [1/Turn] applies because the event happened, after it was resolved while any factor in the game was changed. If it didn't applied at the first time, the ability can activate again during the same turn, as long as the event happens and conditions are possible.
Stop removing the navbar links. That's not something you should do without asking first, and if you had asked you would know that those links are used repeatedly on a daily basis by Hikari, myself and probably a decent amount of other people too. Don't do it again.
Hi, Nikon. I need some help and advice. You see, I'm a bureaucrat and founder from an another wikia. And I don't know how to create a template since I opened my own wikia about two or three weeks ago. And I want to ask if you can give me some help on it?
I just wanted to say thanks for the CEO post. I'd been looking forward to seeing Bushi's April Fools this year for weeks, so I was super-let-down about how we only got two reveals and of the same "category". But then I saw the page later, and that was, well, it gave me a laugh. Thanks for that. ^_^
