Team Ultra-Rare is a group of mysterious sisters: Kourin Tatsunagi, Rekka Tatsunagi, and Suiko Tatsunagi that run the card game shop "PSY". They seem to have a grand purpose, it is not clear at all. They perform in the Vanguard National Tournament as an idol group called Ultra Rare. They also appear at the Vanguard Fight Circuit. Strangely, this group has some connection with PSY Qualia.

In Season 1, Kourin was the only one that would actively cardfight and a Royal Paladin deck. In Season 2, all three of them would use the new Angel Feather clan. In Season 3, Kourin would return to using the Royal Paladins while Rekka and Suiko would still use the Angel Feathers.

Season 3Edit

They transfer into different high schools by order of Takuto Tatsunagi. However, they still perform as idols.

- Rekka transfers into the middle school division of Miyaji Academy.
- Kourin transfers into the high school division of Miyaji Academy.
- Suiko transfers into Fukuhara High School.
