Chapter 1: Before the game

To play the game

To play the card game, "Sieg Krone", you need to have a thing called "Deck" with 50 cards inside. You can put only up to 4 copies of a card inside a deck.

  • 50 cards per deck
  • Up to 4 copies of a card

Winning Condition

If either of the following conditions are met, you win the game.

  • You deal 5 damages to opponent.
  • During your opponent's Charge Phase, opponent cannot perform Charge.

*Regarding about "Charge", please refer to Chapter 4.

Chapter 1, sub 2

Type of cards

  • Character Card
    • Cards that represents as characters to fight along with you.
Chapter 1 Character card

①Cost: The amount of Cost needed to pay in order to place this card onto Base Area. For this card, it is 3.

②Colour: Character's colour. There are 3 of them: Red, blue and green. For this card, it is red.

③The changed BP due to its effect:

  • There are 3 types of activation timing:
    • If the icon shows two swords crossing: When attacking
    • If the icon shows a shield: When defending
    • If the icon shows both of the previous 2: When attacking and defending
  • In case of effect by [進化] ([Evolve]) or [覚醒] ([Awake]), it'll be continuous on its text.

For this card, its BP becomes 12000 if it was placed to Area by Evolution.

④BP: Battle Point of the Character card. This will become the character's power force. For this card: 6000.

⑤There are 3 types of Character Card's effects:

  • [起動]([ACT]): Player can activate this effect as long the Cost can be paid. 「①」shows that 1 Cost needed for to activate.
  • [永続]([CONT]): As long as the Character Card is on the Area, it is activated.
  • [誘発]([AUTO]): As long the condition is met, this ability can be activated.

⑥Text: Where cards' special effect(s) are written. For this card:

  • Above the changed BP: [Evolve ①]: 「Figther」
  • Next to the changed BP: [CONT] <Evolution>: This Character's BP becomes 12000.

⑦Card's name: The name for its card. For this card, it is "Paladin"

Chapter 2 Playmat

① Stage Area: Area where Character cards are placed for defending or attacking.

② Assist Area: Area where Assist Character cards are placed to help your battle. The only cards you can place on this Area are Character cards.

③ Damage Area: When a player lose while defending, a card is sent to this Area from your deck. When one of the players have 5 cards on this Area, that player loses the game.

④ Recovery Area: Area where defeated Character cards can be sent (1 card per time only) and eventually revived back to Base Area.

⑤ Deck Area: Area where you place your deck.

⑥ Leave Area: Area where defeated Character cards and after-activation Skill cards are sent.

⑦ Action Area: Area where Resource cards are placed. Resource cards are used to pay cost.

⑧ Base Area: Area where Character cards are summon, and on standby when not in battle.

Chapter 3: Step of the game

Before starting a game

1. Shuffle each other's deck, and put them onto the player's Deck Area.

2. Perform the rock-paper-scissor or different thing to decide who take the first turn and the second turn.

3. Each player draw 5 cards from their decks and add them to your hand. *You cannot Mulligan/redraw.

Phases of a turn

① Charge Phase:

  • Perform Character's Recovery and Charge.

② Draw Phase:

  • Draw the amount of card (Resource) as much as you like, and add them to your hand.

③ Main Phase:

  • Place Character card(s), use Skill card(s), perform Evolution and perform Awake in any order as long it is possible.

④ Battle Phase:

  • Attack opponent with your Character cards. On the first turn of a game, player cannot proceed to this Phase.

● End Turn: Where your turn ends and proceed to opponent's turn.

Chapter 4: Charge Phase and Draw Phase

① Charge Phase

  • During Charge Phase, it starts with "Character's Recovery" and then, "Charge".

1. Recovery

  • If there is a Character card on Recovery Area. Once per turn, its position can be changed by 90゜ to the clockwise. The position starts from "ダウン (Down)" to "レディ (Ready)" to "スタンバイ (Standby)". This is called "Character's Recovery". During Recovery, a card cannot be moved from Recovery Area, unless it is in "Standby" position and can be sent to Base Area.

2. Charge

  • Take the top 4 cards from your deck (3 cards if it is the first turn) and send them onto Action Area in face-down. This is called "Charge". The Charged cards became Resource and used to pay cost for:
    • Summoning Character card(s).
    • Activating Skill card(s) from hand.
    • Performing Evolution and Awake.

② Draw Phase

  • Declare the amount of Resource you're going to draw, and draw cards equal the declared amount of Resource from your Action Area.

Chapter 5: Main Phase

③ Main Phase

  • During your Main Phase, you can do anything among this 4 steps in any order:
    • A. Placing Character card(s).
    • B. Use Skill card(s).
    • C. Evolution
    • D. Awake

*See "Method to pay Cost" section to learn how to pay Cost.

A. Placing Character card(s).

To place a Character card:

  • Pay the amount of Cost that is necessary to summon it.
  • Place it in face-up on your Base Area from your hand. This is called "Character appearance" (Normal appearance).

B. Use Skill card(s).

During your Main Phase:

  • By paying the cost, a Skill card can be used.
  • After using a Skill card, it is send to Leave Area

C. Perform Evolution

Regarding about a Character card with 「進化」 (Evolution) written on its Text, you can perform Evolution of it by:

  • Choose one of the Character card on your Base Area that is the Evolution's before-Evolution card.
  • Flip it face-down and place the Evolution Character card from your hand onto the face-down Character card.

There are powers cannot be used if it appeared not by Evolution.

D. Perform Awake

Regarding about a Character card with 「覚醒」 (Awake) written on its Text, by paying the Cost for it to appear, unleashing its potential and greatly power up.

To pay Cost, you return the necessary amount of Resource from your Action Area to top of your deck in any order.

Chapter 6: Battle Phase

④ Battle Phase

  • Battle Phase is when you attack your opponent.
  • When you win during an attack, you can deal opponent 1 damage.
  • The one that attacking is called attacking side and the one that is receiving the attack is called defending side.
  • When activating special effects, the attacking side activates them first before the defending side does.

Battle Steps

<1> Attacking can only be done by the player whose taking the current turn. If you do not attack, please proceed to step <12>.

<2> The attacking side move the Character cards they want to participate the attack from your Base Area to your Stage Area.

<3> For the defending side, when you want to defend, move the Character cards you want to defend from the attack, from your Base Area to your Stage Area. If you're not defending, you will take the damage and proceed to step <11>.

<4> The attacking side can place an Assist Character to help your battle. When you place an Assist Character, send 1 Character card from your hand onto your Assist Area, in face-down as an Assist Character card to help the battle. In this case, Cost is not necessary to pay.

<5> At the same time as the attacking side placing an Assist Character, the defending side can also place an Assist Character. In this case, Cost is not necessary to pay.

<6> Flip all Assist Characters from each side at the same time. This is the timing to activate an effect that activates when Assist appear.

<7> During effect step, Skill card that can be used and effect from Character card(s) can be activated.

Chapter 7: BP (Battle Point) Calculation

④ Battle Phase

<8> After both effect steps ended, the battle starts. Calculate the total BP that participate the battle. The one with higher BP wins the battle. If the BP for each side is equal, the victory is decided by the colour of the participated Character cards. The colour you will use to decide is the colour with more amount that is available in your Stage Area. The cycle of the colour: Red colour win against Green colour, Green colour wins against Blue colour, and Blue colour wins against Red colour. If both side have the same decided colour, the battle will become a draw and it'll be the victory for the defending side in this battle.

<9> Total BP of each side can take out opponent's Character cards that participate the battle reducing each of their BP one by one. When a Character have its BP reduced until 0 by opponent's BP, it is called exit.

<10> Characters that exit will be sent to Leave Area. At this moment, if you have no cards in your Recovery Area, you can recover one of your Character cards who exit. Also, even if the Assist Character doesn't get its BP reduced to 0, in this step, it is sent to Leave Area.

Chapter 8: After a Battle

④ Battle Phase

<11> If the attacking side wins, the defending side takes a damage. The side who takes damage reveal the top 2 cards from their deck and choose 1 of them to be sent to their Damage Area. If the remaining one is a Character card, you place that card onto your Base Area with 0 Cost. This called "Counterattack appearance" and there are strong effects which can only be activated during this moment. If the remaining card is a Skill card, it is added to your hand.

<12> At the end of the Battle Phase, [誘発]([AUTO]) effect activates until the Battle Phase ended.
