Hey Everyone,

my name is Macnugget, an experienced vanguard player who has seen nearly every deck possible in play at my locals. I have decided to do my first blog post on my favourite clan and the current changes that have been made to them. I am talking about Granblue of course!

Granblue has been behind the japanese meta for quite some time here in Australia, but with the support from set 6 already here it has caught up quite noticably. With the new variety of deck choices for Granblue (albeit some better than others) i have been really exited to get in and make a few.

The previous Granblue deck i had played was the classic Basskirk deck, a solid deck that could hold its own up to set 4, but dwindled after Comic Styles and Set 5. I now know of the wide array of new granblue decks popping up here and there, such as the updated Basskirk with the Deadly cards and Deadly swordmaster, new improved Spirit Exceed decks that i had not previously heard of and perhaps the best of the lot- Cocytus.

I currently play a Cocytus deck and it has proven to hold up to Angel Feathers, Divine Beast and many of the set 5 decks. It is a solid and consistent build that i may play up to Australian Nationals. But all of that aside I think I should start talking about the support we get, the new bellicosity clone, nightmare, spirit, swordmaster, skeleton captain cut and captain night kid to name a few.

The two new starting vanguards for Granblue are great for any Granblue deck, night kid helps you out with almost all of your dropzone woes and captain cut can get you that much needed grade 3. The new Deadly line of cards are a great addition to any Basskirk deck and can make the deck a lot easier to make because of the lack of need for nightmist. Negromarl is now rendered usless by the addition of Cocytus and the support that comes with it, no more need for the lousy 8k grade 3 anymore!

So those are my views on the new Granblue support for set 6, this is my first blog post ever so constructive criticisim is welcome.
